76 Years of Commitment to Women’s Health
Planned Parenthood Advocates of Arizona (PPAA) and Planned Parenthood Arizona (PPAZ)are proud to present our annual events celebrating our commitment to Women’s Health across Arizona. During this five-city celebration in March, we will celebrate women’s sexual and reproductive health and rights! As we all know, access to reproductive health is facing the most aggressive attacks in modern history. The 2011 legislative session saw the largest numbers of anti-reproductive health bills introduced and laws enacted. Arizona’s situation is terrible, but it is part of an terrible national context.

You will be inspired by the stronger-than ever leadership we enjoy at the national level when you hear our Phoenix and Tucson keynote, our very own Cecile Richards, the president and CEO of Planned Parenthood Federation of America and the face of Planned Parenthood’s national renaissance. Cecile led the successful defeat of Congressional efforts to defund Planned Parenthood in April 2011 and will share her vision for a winnable future.
Funds raised at our Women’s Health Celebrations will support Planned Parenthood’s work toward a prevention agenda at all levels of government during 2012, including local school boards and the Arizona legislature. Your contributions will also support our strategies to elect pro-choice leaders who will stand up for women, choice, and access to health care.
With each ticket purchase, you become a member of PPAA, which allows you to directly support pro-choice candidates by contributing to our PAC (Political Action Committee) and includes benefits like primary and general election voter guides, regular communication regarding our endorsed candidates and women’s health and legislative news.

Donations to Planned Parenthood Advocates of Arizona are NOT tax-deductible. Contributions from business corporations and unions are prohibited.
